For the participants of the program, it is an opportunity to gain practical experience through participation in large–scale events of the CCA Winzavod, to get acquainted with artists, curators, representatives of the art market.
For volunteers, there is a reward program in a form of special events, invitations to closed vernissages, project previews, free attendance of events and other bonuses fr om partners of the CCA Winzavod.
Volunteers participate in the organization of events:
– Urban Art Camp,
–
WIN-WIN contemporary art market,
– projects carried out by the
Association of Galleries, including participation in cultural forums and contemporary art fairs.
They receive a special newsletter from the CCA Winzavod, which contains: news from residents, gifts from the foundation and partners and announcements of open-calls.
The volunteers who most actively participate in the event get the opportunity to become a participant in the SPUTNIK program, which allows free entry to selected expositions of 17 exhibition spaces in Moscow, are considered as candidates for internships in the team of the Winzavod Foundation.
