The PiranesiLAB Gallery of Experimental Print art is based on a laboratory opened in 2016 by Alexey Veselovsky at the Fabrika Central Research Institute, one of Moscow's oldest creative clusters. The space in the CCA Winzavod is a new form of presentation for the gallery to the viewer, a collector of modern printed graphics.

The laboratory's practice focuses on the joint creative process, the creation of printed works with key representatives of the current art scene. Each print run is a special case of an experiment, an artist's and a master's search for the expressive possibilities of the print medium. In the print art room, the format of a concentrated story about printed works from the gallery's collection will be chosen:
new editions of the laboratory, archival graphics, experiments of young authors with technology.

PiranesLAB actively participates in contemporary art fairs (Cosmoscow, blazar) and partnership projects with cultural institutions and galleries (MAMM, AZ/ART, pop/off/art gallery, a—s—t—r—a gallery), demonstrating the diversity of the print medium and the originality of the author's approaches to it. PiranesiLAB has been a member of the Gallery Association since 2024. As part of the Association, the laboratory is involved in the development and approval of principles and conventions of representation in the print and print art market.
