Admission to the basic course of the Collector School of Collectors and Experts has been opened

The educational program of the basic course of the School of Collectors and Experts is aimed at forming an independent-minded art connoisseur and collector with artistic and imaginative thinking skills, fine artistic taste and extensive knowledge in the field of art history.

The applied educational approach and the course program are designed so that each student can finally untangle the knots of the chronology of the development of art history, master key terms and concepts, correctly establish cause-and-effect relationships throughout the history of art, which will help to further systematically enrich their knowledge, confidently face uncertainty and approach the transformations of art with an open mind. in the context of world culture and historical events.

The audience will enjoy a colorful and informative excursion into the history of art — fr om ancient rock art to experimental art of the 1990s, as well as individual visits to galleries of modern art and antique galleries, wh ere teachers will tell about the peculiarities of attribution and examination of works of art with collectible and museum value, as well as open the door to the auction world.

Tuition fee: 72,000 rubles

At the end of the course, a Certificate of completion of the additional education program is issued.
Program format
Full-time training at the School of Collectors and Experts on the territory of the Central Exhibition Center Winzavod (additionally, current lectures are broadcast in Zoom, as well as video recordings of lectures on the video hosting service).

The course consists of 21 three–hour group sessions, including 20 lectures and 1 field session at the Antique Gallery and the Gallery of Modern Art. During the course, the student is provided with additional materials for each lecture in the form of thematic brochures and workbooks with assignments to ensure independent work.

Classes are held twice a week on weekdays (Monday and Wednesday): from 11:00 to 14:00 (morning groups) and from 19:00 to 22:00 (evening groups).
