About classes

Workshops for children are workshops for children from 6 to 14 years old, dedicated to contemporary art, architecture, theater and street culture. 

At any time from 12:00 to 17:00, you can join any ongoing master class.

Session formats

The master classes are combined into short courses for 4-6 classes per month. You can attend a one-time master class and purchase a full-day subscription (3 master classes in different workshops).

Tutors

Kristina Artemova is a curator of children's master classes, a teacher at Magic Lab and LOVART.



Yulia Shalygina is an artist and teacher. She graduated from the "Free Workshops" of MMOMA (24-25) in the field of Modern Art and the Siberian Institute of Arts with a degree in Easel painting.

Workshops are held in the children's center (entrance E2) and in the Children's Space of the Fermentation Workshop (entrance H8).

About workshops

Workshop "Modern Art is simple"

During the classes in the workshop-laboratory, children experience different techniques, get acquainted with the world of art and become its main characters, creating their own exhibition.



Participants immerse themselves in the process of creating an exhibition: from choosing a theme and general idea to arranging works and preparing a presentation. They develop organizational and communication skills, and learn to see art as a systemic process. During the master classes, the young curators will visit the current exhibitions of the Central Exhibition Center Winzavod, create their own works, layouts and exhibition catalogs.

Workshop "Reading architecture"

The workshop allows you to get acquainted with architecture and urbanism, as well as with the history of the CSI Vinzavod space, and build your own cities.

Workshop "Street Art laboratory"

Exploring different formats of street art and immersing yourself in culture. At the end of each month (starting in October), participants will create a group outdoor exhibition: they use the wall in the Green Hangar as a means of self-expression and additional exhibition space. Once a month, the participants will decorate it with posters, graffiti, stickers or comics.
