Winzavod.Open

Winzavod Fund for the Support of Contemporary Art in the direction of Winzavod.Education presents a new project to support educational initiatives in the field of modern art - Winzavod.Open, focused on popularizing current approaches and strategies in educational practices.

Winzavod.Open program lasts for one month and consists of exhibition and educational parts, in which public lectures, discussions and performances take place.

In 2019 at Winzavod.Open their projects will be presented by: Institute "Baza", Institute of Contemporary Art, Rodchenko Moscow School of Photography and Multimedia, RANEPA School of Design, Moscow Art Theater School named after Chekhov, British Higher School of Design.

In 2018, Winzavod project.Open was included in the list of Special Projects of the VI Moscow International Biennale of Young Art. The central event of the program was the opening of exhibitions of four educational institutions in the field of culture: British Higher School of Design, Institute "Baza", Rodchenko Moscow School of Photography and Multimedia, School of Design National Research University Higher School of Economics. The Discussion Program of the Institute of Contemporary Art Problems has become a significant component of the educational program.

The goal of the Winzavod.Open is to present the strategies of the educational process and the results of the most progressive educational initiatives, as well as create a space for dialogue between all participants in the educational process.
