The history of Winzavod begins in the XVIII century, when on the territory of the modern art cluster was the estate of Princess Volkonskaya. In the 19th century, large city enterprises settled in Syromyatniki district, and a brewery, and later a winery, a valuable example of Moscow's industrial architecture, appeared on the former estate's site.
What name did the brewery get? What is the difference between the Red Shop and the White Shop? How were the offices of the winery arranged and what does modern landscape have to do with it? These and many other questions you can answer after the excursion Journey into the history of the Winery.
