Walks on modern art with Winzavod

16+

WINZAVOD CCA is launching a new online project. "Walks on modern Russian art with Winzavod" - a podcast of Winzavod, where the main character is Moscow before the appearance of the center of contemporary art in Kursk.

Each new podcast will lead the listener through the streets of Moscow, where in the 80-90-00s and so on the history of art was unfolded and written. Workshops, actions, performances took place not only in a certain period of time, but also in a certain place.

Where did the human dog Oleg Kulik go for a walk? In what squat did Herman Vinogradov and Pavel Pepperstein start to work, where, after all, is the workshop of Ilya Kabakov and until recently the Institute of Modern Art Bakstein?

You will get to know Moscow, which you knew before from street names and official sights, and we will show it from the other side - from the side of contemporary art.

The podcasts are conditionally divided chronologically. Of course, many events will be repeated, as well as places. For each podcast we will select archive materials that will visually support the guide's story.

Podcasts anticipate a large-scale project of Winzavod, its new excursion program, which will be divided into three areas: historical, contemporary art and for children. In each direction visitors will be able to get better acquainted with the history of art, architecture and culture in general.

The podcast "Walks on modern Russian art with Winzavod", the portal winzin.ru, as well as online sessions of experts in the field of contemporary art ArtStream launch formats for interaction between the professional community and everyone who is interested in art, regardless of location.
