On June 11, at 19:30, at ArtLitfond will be held a meeting with Collete Fu, an American artist of Chinese origin.

She creates unique author's pop up-books with fragments of photos from her travels.

Pop Up-books originally illustrated ideas about astronomy, divination, navigation, anatomy of the body and other scientific principles.

This artistic and illustrative approach inspired Colette to create her own books by the artist, reflecting ideas about how we ourselves relate to society today.

Colette Fu: “Creating pop up-books allows me to combine intuitive design and technical originality with my love of travel, when I try to understand the world around me.
With the help of pop up-books, I want to eliminate the boundaries between people, a book, an installation, a photo, a craft, a sculpture ... ”


The meeting is organized by the London-Moscow project and ArtLitfond. Denis Kolomeytsev is leading the meeting.
